Free hypnobirthing basics session (zoom)
I will be running a 1 hour hypnobirthing basics session via Zoom. The session will give you an overview of what hypnobirthing is and what my classes cover, some antenatal information included in my classes, a pregnancy relaxation exercise, and the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.

About the event
I will be hosting a 1 hour hypnobirthing session on 2nd November at 8pm. Come along and find out about what hypnobirthing is, how and why it works, and how you can prepare yourself for birth. We'll also do a lovely pregnancy relaxation session at the end!
