Below is a selection of free resources for pregnant people to use. I have also included a list of recommended local service providers related to pregnancy and birth.

This is a free birth preferences template. Creating a birth preferences document is so important when preparing for birth, as it forces you to review and research your options and opens up communication between you and your birth partner.

These fantastic icons are courtesy of the Positive Birth Movement founded by author Milli Hill. Using visual icons are a fantastic way to quickly get across key preferences at a glance.

This handy list gives a good guide to what to pack to take with you to hospital (or what to have ready at home if you’re having a home birth!).

An important part of hypnobirthing is relaxation, and listening to guided hypnobirthing scripts. Whether you're pregnant or not, there are huge benefits from taking time to relax, so enjoy this free guided forest relaxation from the Better Birth podcast.
