I will be running a hypnobirthing basics session at Otford village hall. The session will cover what hypnobirthing is and what my classes cover, some antenatal information included in my classes, and the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.

About the event
I will be hosting a 1 hour hypnobirthing session at Otford Village Memorial hall on Saturday 20th November at 10am. Come along and find out about what hypnobirthing is, how and why it works, and how you can prepare yourself for birth.

I will also be hosting a hypnobirthing pregnancy relaxation and sound bath session immediately afterwards. You can register for this separately via the link above. Tickets for the relaxation session will be £10 per person. Please state in your private comment you are purchasing the sound bath ticket.
