Have you been wondering about doing a hypnobirthing course but unsure what the sessions may cover? Or perhaps you’re keen but your birth partner needs convincing? Maybe you just have no idea what hypnobirthing is but you want to find out more? 

I will be running a 1 hour hypnobirthing taster session 9th May, Saturday afternoon via Zoom. The session will give you an overview of what hypnobirthing is and what my classes cover, some antenatal information included in my classes, a pregnancy relaxation exercise, and the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. The 1 hour session is £10 per couple, and includes a download of one hypnobirthing relaxation track for you to keep. This cost will be deducted from the price of any courses booked with me in the future.
