Hypnobirthing taster session

I will be running a 1 hour hypnobirthing taster session via Zoom. The session will give you an overview of what hypnobirthing is and what my classes cover, some antenatal information included in my classes, a pregnancy relaxation exercise, and the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have.
