Pregnancy fitness:

  • Types of training
  • Motivation or reasons to train
  • Preparing for birth
  • Prenatal mental health and exercise

Post natal fitness:

  • New mum identity
  • When is right to go back to fitness 
  • What training to do/avoid/where to find safe workouts?
  • Training and breastfeeding
  • Training with babies or without?
  • Weight loss/ excessive cardio and lack of sleep... the triangle of doom!!
