Three prize winners to be selected. Each winner will win one of the following choice of consultation call with either:

Terms and conditions:


  • One winner will be selected at random for first and second prize. Three winners will be selected at random for third prize once the winner of second prize Has chosen their choice of consultation call.

  • One winner will be selected at random for the birth worker prize. Eligible professions for entry are midwife, student midwife, hypnobirthing instructor, antenatal instructor, doula.

  • Entrants must be in the UK.

  • No cash alternative for any prizes.

  • Entrants must be over 16 years old.

  • Prizes must be claimed within 14 days or will be forfeited and given to another entrant.

  • Tribe Psychology: T&Cs from me - I am unable to provide individual therapeutic support (including the partners to parents sessions) to US citizens resident in the US due to therapeutic licensing laws. Dates and times of the sessions to be arranged by mutual agreement. Must be claimed in 2022

  • Katherine Woodbury/Continuum doulas: U.K. entrants only. Parent consultations will be held online. beaded birth line posted U.K. addresses only. The place on the Doula Course needs to be taken in 2022, must be the named winner (nontransferable), and will need to attend training in Frome, Somerset. Transport and accommodation not included. Available dates April 25th-29th 2022, July 11th- 15th 2022 And October 17th- 21st 2022

Epi-No HEALTH SCREENING TERMS Do any of the following apply to you?

  • Your baby is in an unusual position, or there are identified risks making a vaginal birth impossible (e.g. Placenta praevia).

  • There is a risk of an ascending infection (e.g. premature amniorrhexis, infection of the vagina)

  • You have injuries in your genital area which have not yet healed.

  • You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • You have vaginal bleeding.

  • You have a malignant disease in your genital area (e.g. cervical cancer)

  • You have any nerve damage or other diseases that reduce pain sensation in your genital area.

  • You are a paraplegic

  • You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

  • You take pain killers that reduce the feeling of pain in the vaginal area.

  • If you have marked varicosity at the vaginal entrance (varicose veins).
