As you may know, I produce a podcast which is a mix of birth worker expert opinion and positive birth stories. I recently recorded a new episode which I am so excited to share with you all! Alex took a complete course with me and split it over 8 weeks with her partner Frankie, and totally absorbed and immersed herself in to hypnobirthing practice. She hit a few speed bumps along the way which we discussed and she made informed decisions about, and went on to have a very speedy but unexpected and empowering birth in the hospital car park! This is a birth story you do not want to miss out on! She is a total badass, her partner Frankie was THE model birth partner, and she utterly bossed her birth!
