Postnatal nutrition with Georgina Corley-Cadogan

In this episode, I talk to Georgina Corley-Cadogan, a nutritional therapist with 15 years experience in the food industry, about nutrition after birth. Georgina answers questions about supplements and vitamins for the postnatal period, foods and supplements to aide breastfeeding, what to eat too support healing post birth, and tips and tricks for making life easier in that busy period with a newborn to ensure you're eating a balanced diet.

Georgina has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

She is an active member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She also has 15 years working in the food industry, working with government enforcement agencies, global food manufacturers, farming groups, accreditation bodies and grocery retailers.
